shop competition, organised by the Sea Fish Industry Authority covering
Greater Manchester, Cheshire and Merseyside. The competition was judged
on the quality of raw materials used, customer service, working practices,
hygiene standards, and overall presentation. The award is a recognition
of our high standards and hard work in all these aspects. We are pleased
